Stansted Express wanted a new campaign. We delivered them a whole-new brand platform for years to come.

Airports are stressful enough. You’ve got passports to find. Bags to pack. Security queues to survive. So why add more chaos before you even get there?

Taxis promise shortcuts that turn into standstills. Coaches promise quick journeys that turn into delays. Traffic doesn’t care if you’ve got a flight to catch. And on the way back? The same story of uncertainty. Of vulnerability. Staring at brake lights, wondering why you didn’t take the train.

With the Stansted Express, there’s no drama.

It’s fast, it’s direct, it’s reliable. You know exactly when you’ll leave. You know exactly when you’ll arrive. Just one easy journey to the airport and back.

No Drama brought London’s travel chaos to life, from outbound stations to localised OOH. We launched the campaign with a long-term Stansted Airport takeover.

We’re heightening the stress of travelling by taxi or coach in a series of beautifully-illustrated posters, with the brand character Stan easily speeding past the chaos.

We worked closely with illustrator Brolga to fill the posters with personality, bringing the drama to life and rewarding viewers who choose to take a closer look. Each poster is like its own Where’s Wally? for passengers to enjoy while impatiently waiting for their luggage to arrive or plane to take off.

Beyond the launch, No Drama brought London’s travel chaos to life. From outbound stations to localised OOH and social execution, we positioned the calm, reliable Stansted Express as the natural choice in a world of travel drama.
